Escampa Hotels renews its digital project incorporating WOW experiences.

Escampa Hotels has entrusted eMascaró Leisure with the creation of its corporate digital project and its hotels, the Gran Hotel Havana in Barcelona, the Park Hotel San Jorge and the Cliper Apartments, on the Costa Brava; and the Hotel NM Suites in Platja d’Aro (Catalonia).

The project’s main objective was to create its own digital channel so as not to depend on intermediaries and to be able to optimize at all times with the best conversion systems.

They also opted for a strategy that would express the values of the brand through a corporate website, as well as generate independent sites for the hotels

An exclusive digital project was created for the chain, which highlights the attributes of the brand and its assets, and which provides solutions for room reservations, promotion management, venue rental for events, sale of packages with gastronomy and very special activities.

In the project it is observed that there is a visual continuity through all the sites and at the same time it maintains the uniqueness of each one. The entire data management system was unified on the same platform, in such a way that those responsible for uploading the contents can easily load them and optimize management times. Everything is managed from one place with the CMS Vento®.

One of the main strategies of the project has been the integration with booking engines and also the integration of gift vouchers with the POS. At the same time, the information is automatically linked to the newsletter that is issued to customers periodically, which saves more time.

In addition, the team created an immersive digital experience by traveling around the hotel’s facilities and surroundings through an interactive map with the main points of interest and activities available to tempt potential interested parties, creating a WOW experience.

As a result, the Escampa Group managed to reinforce its recruitment strategy to bring web visitors closer and convert them into customers, optimize management times by unifying the customer journey on a single platform, increase the number of visits to the site and the number of conversions.
