Atzavara Hotel & Spa is a 5***** hotel establishment and congress center located in Santa Susanna, between Barcelona and Girona, between the sea and the mountains. A space where you can discover and be surprised by everything it offers: 5 gastronomic spaces, 20 rooms for all kinds of events, SPA & Wellness and much more.
Committed to creating the best digital project for a Hotel Resort on the Barcelona Coast, Atzavara Hotel & Spa chose eMascaró as its 360 partner to create a unique and personalized digital project that would convey the essence and all the attributes, services and facilities in a same offer.
Aligned with the philosophy of the brand, we began by adapting the branding to the new design from scratch. During the development process, we captured all the services and spaces of this great hotel, ensuring that a simple and responsive navigation focused on conversion was preserved at all times. This was our biggest challenge.
In order to boost sales made through the direct channel, we enhance content, experiences and evoke the most innovative ideas to persuade users. Innovating with an aerial virtual tour and an Interactive virtual map of the complex, we achieve the WOW effect.
We dedicate special attention to the user experience, performing a vertical segmentation with landings by segments to respond to the needs and search intentions of each guest. By incorporating the concept of a day in Atzavara, we were able to incorporate the storytelling of the hotel.
We have integrated a special section dedicated to the MICE sector, with types of events, filters, room files and the integration of a form.
The result, a personalized digital project with dynamic and simple navigation, betting on the user experience and creating value for those guests who do not settle for the ordinary.
